Preposiciones de Lugar en Inglés: IN, ON, AT Explicadas Fácil

¿Cuál es la correcta: I’m in home, I’m on home o I’m at home? Si dudaste, no estás solo.

¿Por qué cuestan tanto IN, ON y AT?

  • There’s milk in the fridge.

Direcciones exactas: I live at 25 Oak Street.

  1. IN → in Chile (un país, un área grande)
  2. ON → on Main Street (una línea en el mapa)
  3. AT → at 25 Main Street (un punto exacto)

Ejemplos completos:

  • I live in Santiago, on Providencia Avenue, at number 1234.
  • The restaurant is in Madrid, on Gran Vía, at number 20.
  • She works in London, on Baker Street, at a small bookstore.

FraseSignificado
I’m at the beach.
I’m on the beach.Estoy sobre la arena, en la orilla
She’s at the hospital.

  • AT → un punto o una actividad (paradas, entradas, direcciones exactas, school, work, home)

The remote is on the sofa. My keys are in my bag. I’m at my desk.).
